Terms

1. General

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who post bounties ("posters"), users who apply for or accept bounties ("helpers"), and contributors of content, information and other materials. If you are entering into this agreement for and on behalf of a business entity, the term "you" in this agreement shall mean the business entity on whose behalf you are using the Services, unless the context does not permit.

These Terms are between you and Bounty Hunter ("Bounty Hunter", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Services, you agree to observe and be bound by these Terms and the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy.

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms by your continued use of the Services following the date on which the amended Terms are posted here.

2. Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bounty Hunter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable (with or without cause), non-transferable right and license to use the Services.

You shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms and shall not:

• Upload or communicate any Content (as defined below), or copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, upload, post, distribute, display or otherwise use any listing, images, content or other materials made available on or through the Services in a manner that violates or infringes another party's rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity or the performance of the Services.
• Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the Services.
• Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the Services.
• Use the Services in violation of or to circumvent any sanctions or embargo.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright and trademark) of Bounty Hunter or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors.
• Use the Services for any purpose for which it is not designed or intended.
• Use the Services to create or promote a product, service or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the Services or any services, product or software offered by Bounty Hunter.
• Use any proprietary information or interfaces of Bounty Hunter or any other intellectual property of Bounty Hunter in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of any application, accessories or devices for use with the Services.
• Use the Services to send, post, or otherwise communicate any Content which is false, offensive, indecent, threatening, abusive, insulting, harassing, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, infringing, fraudulent, tortious, obscene, profane, invasive of another person's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Services to send automated, unsolicited or unauthorised messages, advertising or promotional material or any junk mail, spam or chain letters.
• Upload to, or transmit through the Services any data, file, software or link that contains or redirects to a virus, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful components.
• Use any scraper, robot, bot, spider, crawler or any other automated device or means to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Services, or any data or content found or accessed through the Services.
• Collect any information in respect of other users without their consent.
• Commit any act to avoid paying any applicable fees and/or charges (if any).
• Attempt to and/or engage in any activity or act that is intended to abuse, abuses or inappropriately manipulates any promotion, campaign, EXP, rewards and/or discount codes offered through the Services. Such acts include but are not limited to creating fake or duplicate accounts, generating fake applications or hires, or self-dealing for the purpose of manipulating EXP or ratings.
• Allow your use of the Services to present to Bounty Hunter a risk of non-compliance with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and similar regulatory obligations.
• Authorise or encourage anyone to do any of the foregoing.

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to claw back any rewards, EXP, prizes and/or amounts credited to you under any event, promotion, offers, campaign and any other activities and/or terminate or suspend your account, if you are subsequently found or suspected to be engaged in any activity or act that is in breach of these Terms, our guidelines, any additional terms and conditions and policies.

2.1 Money Laundering

You shall at all times comply in all material respects with applicable financial recordkeeping and reporting requirements and the money laundering statutes of all applicable jurisdictions, the rules and regulations thereunder and any related or similar rules, regulations or guidelines issued, administered or enforced by any governmental agency. You are prohibited from using the Services to engage in any transaction, directly or indirectly, with or for the benefit of any individual or entity located in, or ordinarily resident in, a high-risk jurisdiction as designated by the Financial Action Task Force.

2.2 Fair Business, Advertising and Competition

Bounty Hunter takes a strict stance against anti-competitive and unfair practices, and is committed to maintaining a fair marketplace for bounties. In connection with using or accessing our Services you agree to comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and/or notices concerning competition and fair trading practices.

Further, you agree that you will not do, or attempt to do, or abet the commission of any of the following:

• manipulate the advertised bounty amount or terms in a deceptive manner, including artificially inflating interest, traffic or engagement (for example using bots or fake accounts);
• take any action that may undermine Bounty Hunter's review, rating or EXP systems, including registering multiple accounts to exchange reviews or complete sham bounties solely to inflate ratings or EXP;
• provide us or other users with content or advertisements that are false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, libellous, illegal, inappropriate, harmful, or that violate and/or infringe the rights of others; or
• interfere with any other user's listings, applications, ratings or normal use of the Services, including by placing applications or leaving reviews with the intention of harming another user.

2.3 Compliance with Sanctions and Export Controls

We require all our users to adhere to applicable international trade laws. You represent and warrant that you are in compliance with, and will continue to comply with, all applicable trade and economic sanctions and export control laws ("Sanctions").

You are prohibited from using the Services to engage in any transaction, directly or indirectly, with or for the benefit of:

• Any individual, entity, or group designated as a restricted party under applicable Sanctions.
• Any individual or entity located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive trade embargos ("Embargoed Country"). This includes, but is not limited to: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
• Any transaction involving goods or services originating from or destined for an Embargoed Country where prohibited by applicable Sanctions.

You are solely responsible for staying informed about applicable Sanctions and ensuring that your use of the Services, including all your listings and arrangements with other users, is compliant. You agree that you will not use any information or Services provided by Bounty Hunter to circumvent these regulations.

3. Account

You need an account with Bounty Hunter ("Account") in order to use some parts of the Services. When you create an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• If you are an individual, you are at least 18 years of age.
• If you are representing a company, organisation or any other legal entity ("Entity"), you have authority to bind the Entity to these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into and performing legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• All information which you provide is accurate, up to date, truthful and complete.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Services with the consent of and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian who shall be responsible for all your activities.

You are responsible for all activities and transactions under your Account. We will not be responsible in any way if your password and/or Account are misappropriated or used by a third party. You therefore agree to:

• Keep your password secure.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times.
• Comply with Bounty Hunter's prevailing policies and guidelines (which form a part of these Terms) and all applicable laws with respect to your activities and the Content which you upload to the Services.

Unless expressly permitted by Bounty Hunter and subject to these Terms and any other additional terms as Bounty Hunter determines, you shall not set up multiple Accounts.

You shall not lend, transfer or sell your Account or user ID to another party, and must not use another user's Account without their permission. To this end, Bounty Hunter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Accounts and/or deny or restrict your access or that of any person to the Services at any time, without advance notice to you.

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to treat multiple Accounts set up by or on behalf of the same user as one for enforcement, safety and abuse-prevention purposes.

4. Fees, Bounties and Ratings

Bounty amounts displayed on the Services (typically in Hong Kong dollars) are amounts proposed or agreed between posters and helpers in connection with a mission. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Bounty Hunter does not process payments between users, hold escrow, or guarantee that any bounty will be paid.

Payment of any bounty is arranged directly between users (for example in person or by whatever payment method you mutually agree), and is at your own risk. You are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using the Services and with arranging or receiving payments off-platform.

Star ratings and reviews are community feedback signals shown on user profiles. They are not cash, stored value, e-money, or a claim against Bounty Hunter for money.

If Bounty Hunter introduces subscription fees, listing fees, promotion fees or other platform charges in the future, we will notify you of the applicable terms, amounts and payment methods. Save where required by law or expressly stated by us, platform fees paid to us (if any) are non-refundable, including where your Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms or where Content is removed in accordance with these Terms.

5. Bounty Hunter is a Venue

The Services provide a venue for users to interact with each other, post bounties, apply for missions, communicate, and coordinate completion of tasks. Bounty Hunter does not pre-screen every user or every item of Content provided by a user, nor is Bounty Hunter a party to arrangements between posters and helpers. Consequently, Bounty Hunter has no control over, and you agree that Bounty Hunter is not responsible or liable for, any of the following:

• The quality, safety, morality, legality, suitability or authenticity of any bounty, mission, service or arrangement offered or accepted by users.
• The truth or accuracy of listings, applications, profiles, reviews or messages, or the ability of posters to pay bounties or of helpers to perform missions.
• The true identity, age, nationality or character of a user.
• Any Content posted by users.
• Any meeting, travel, work performed, damage to property, personal injury or other consequences arising from arrangements made through the Services.

You are encouraged to use the features available on the Services to communicate with other users and to learn more about a bounty before accepting or hiring. Please exercise common sense and good judgment. Your use of the Services and your interactions with other users are entirely at your own risk.

6. Content

The Services allow users to create listings and/or share, post and/or communicate content, such as photos, comments, data, text, links, descriptions and/or other information ("Content").

You retain ownership rights in the Content which you upload or share on the Services but you grant Bounty Hunter a worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish and distribute such Content (subject to Bounty Hunter's Privacy Policy) for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Services and to research and develop new products and services and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive all moral rights (including but not limited to the right to be identified) you may be entitled to under any law or jurisdiction in relation to the same.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content which you post or share on or through the Services and any loss or damage which you sustain as a result of such Content is solely your responsibility.

You acknowledge that Bounty Hunter does not pre-screen Content uploaded by users. Bounty Hunter shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available on the Services, including where the Content is suspected to be in breach of these Terms, where we have received a complaint or notice of infringement, or where the Content is otherwise objectionable.

Bounty Hunter may also block Content and the delivery of a communication (including feedback, postings, messages and/or chats) to or from the Services as part of efforts to protect the Services or users, or to otherwise enforce these Terms.

The appearance or placement of listings in search and browse results may be influenced by a variety of factors, including search terms, browsing history and site activity, listing details (such as category, location, reward and timing), relevance, user profile signals (such as ratings and EXP), and the number of listings matching a query.

6.1 AI Assisted Content and Accuracy

You acknowledge and agree that certain Services may utilise artificial intelligence and algorithms ("AI") to assist with content generation, support, moderation or other features. While we strive to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, bias or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted Content before relying on it or publishing it. You remain responsible for ensuring that any Content you publish complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and our community guidelines.

7. Posting and Accepting Bounties

In using the Services to create a bounty listing, apply for a bounty, hire a helper, message other users, leave a review, or otherwise use mission-related features, you agree to comply with the following:

• All bounties and Content must comply with these Terms and Bounty Hunter's policies and community guidelines.
• You must provide a fair, accurate and complete description of each bounty, including location or remote mode, timing, reward amount and expectations.
• Each bounty should have its own listing where appropriate.
• Your listing may only include text, descriptions, graphics, images and other content relevant to the bounty. All Content in a listing must be true, complete, accurate and not misleading.
• All bounties must be listed in an appropriate category.
• You must comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations in connection with the work or service you offer or request (including any licensing, employment, tax, immigration, safety or industry rules that apply to you).
• You must not post or accept bounties for illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited activities.

Without prejudice to the rest of these Terms, you warrant, in respect of each bounty which you offer or accept on the Services, that:

• You have the right and capacity to offer or perform the relevant mission.
• The bounty and related Content do not infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights.
• The arrangement complies with all laws and regulations which apply to that mission.
• The mission is not unlawful, dangerous in a manner you conceal, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.

Offers made and accepted through the Services may create expectations between users. If you are a poster who has hired a helper, you agree to coordinate in good faith and to complete or cancel the mission promptly through the platform tools where available, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. If you are a helper whose application has been accepted, you agree to perform the mission diligently and communicate promptly, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.

In communicating with a user through the Services for a bounty (each, a "Transaction"), you may obtain personal information of that user, such as their email address, phone number or meet-up location. Without obtaining prior permission of the user, you shall use such information solely for the purpose of the Transaction and in accordance with applicable personal data laws and Section 9 below.

Where Bounty Hunter is not involved in a Transaction which is solely between users, Bounty Hunter cannot ensure that a user (whether as poster or helper) will follow through and complete a Transaction or pay any bounty.

8. Disputes with users

If you are in dispute with a user of our Services, you are encouraged to contact that user to resolve the situation amicably. If the dispute is notified to Bounty Hunter, Bounty Hunter may attempt in good faith to facilitate resolution of the dispute but is under no obligation to resolve the same. You agree to release Bounty Hunter and to indemnify and hold Bounty Hunter harmless from and against any claims, demands, liabilities and/or damage arising out of or in connection with your disputes with users of our Services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us at Bounty Hunter. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how Bounty Hunter collects, uses and discloses information collected and received from you.

If you come into possession of another user's (the "Disclosing Party") personal data through the use of the Services, you hereby agree that you will:

• collect, use, process and/or disclose the personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided, in compliance with all applicable personal data protection laws (including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong), and in a manner that does not cause Bounty Hunter to be in breach of its obligations under personal data protection laws;
• not transfer the personal data to a place outside Hong Kong without the Disclosing Party's prior written consent, and if consent is given, protect such personal data to a standard comparable to that under applicable Hong Kong law;
• protect the personal data in your control or possession by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or destruction of personal data, or other similar risks;
• put in place adequate measures to ensure that the personal data in your possession or control remains accurate and complete, and correct errors as soon as practicable upon the Disclosing Party's written request;
• allow the Disclosing Party to review what information has been collected by you; and
• upon the request of the Disclosing Party: (a) return to the Disclosing Party all personal data; or (b) delete all personal data in your possession, and after returning or deleting all personal data, provide the Disclosing Party with written confirmation that you no longer possess any such personal data,

in each case, in compliance with and where required by applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Services and all copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are, and shall remain, the property of Bounty Hunter. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that the source and object code of the Services and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure and organisation of the Services are the intellectual property and proprietary and confidential information of Bounty Hunter. You are not granted any intellectual property rights in and to the Services not expressly granted in these Terms and such rights are hereby reserved and retained by Bounty Hunter.

The Services may utilise or include third party software that is subject to open source and third party licence terms ("Third Party Software"). Your right to use such Third Party Software as part of the Services is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the open source and third party licences applicable to such Third Party Software. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of such open source or third party licences, the terms of the open source or third party licences shall prevail with regard to your use of the relevant Third Party Software.

You are not authorised by Bounty Hunter to use Bounty Hunter's trademarks in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of Bounty Hunter, which may be withheld for any or no reason.

11. Reporting Unauthorised Content

Bounty Hunter respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect the same of our users. If you believe that there has been unauthorised use of your intellectual property rights by a user, please contact us at admin@bountyhunterhk.com with details of the complaint.

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your access to the Services if there are repeat complaints against you of intellectual property infringement and/or incompliance with other applicable rules, laws and/or regulations.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may deactivate or delete your Account at any time through the "Settings" section of your Account (where available).

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, and without liability:

• Suspend or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, for any breach of these Terms, our guidelines, any additional terms and conditions and policies and as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with Sanctions.
• Suspend or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.
• Change, modify, suspend or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, the whole or any part of the Services at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.
• Suspend or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, in the event of any act, threats of, verbal and/or written abuse against any Bounty Hunter user, employee, representative and/or officer.

Bounty Hunter is not liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of our compliance actions. You acknowledge and agree that if you deactivate your Account or if we suspend or terminate your Account, you may lose information associated with your Account, including Content. It is your responsibility to back up the Content which you upload to the Services.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

13. No Warranty

You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the Services and any content, products or services accessed or obtained thereby is at your sole risk and discretion.

Bounty Hunter does not represent or warrant that: (a) the use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error free or that they will be compatible or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data; (b) the Services will meet your requirements or expectations; (c) errors or defects in the Services will be corrected; (d) the Services and Bounty Hunter's servers are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (e) the use of AI will always produce non-biased, accurate or reliable results.

All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under the law.

The Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. Bounty Hunter is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages, or losses resulting from such problems.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Bounty Hunter or from the Services shall create any representation, warranty or guarantee. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Bounty Hunter has no obligation to support or maintain the Services.

Bounty Hunter disclaims any and all liability or responsibility in relation to the content made available through the Services, including but not limited to the Content uploaded by users or third party content and services. Bounty Hunter is not responsible or liable in any manner for third party content and services associated with or utilised in connection with the Services.

14. Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO REQUEST FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOUNTY HUNTER OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OR THE USE OF ANY AI ASSISTED FEATURES OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR CONDUCT OR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DEATH, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND/OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS OR PERSONS YOU MEET THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT BOUNTY HUNTER WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BOUNTY HUNTER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU (WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL PLATFORM FEES (IF ANY) RECEIVED BY BOUNTY HUNTER FROM YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) HONG KONG DOLLARS ONE HUNDRED (HKD 100). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Nothing in these Terms shall apply to or in any way limit or exclude Bounty Hunter's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) dishonesty, deceit or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under any applicable laws and regulations.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bounty Hunter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, licensors, shareholders, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents and all successors and/or assigns from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses resulting from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Content and/or offerings; (c) any use of your Account; (d) your breach of these Terms; (e) your breach of any legal or statutory requirement, duty or law; or (f) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

If any person ("Complainant") files a complaint with Bounty Hunter in relation to any Content, bounty or conduct on the Services and requests Bounty Hunter to take action against a user, the Complainant agrees to hold Bounty Hunter harmless and to fully indemnify Bounty Hunter against any and all liabilities, losses, costs (including but not limited to legal costs), expenses and damages of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered as a result of or arising from any actions that Bounty Hunter may take in reliance of or as a result of such complaint. The Complainant further agrees not to take any legal action or make any claim, complaints or demand against Bounty Hunter in relation to such complaint.

16. Compatibility

Bounty Hunter does not warrant that the Services will be compatible or interoperable with your device or any other piece of hardware, software, equipment or device installed on or used in connection with your device. You acknowledge and agree that Bounty Hunter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors shall have no liability to you for any losses suffered resulting from or arising in connection with compatibility or interoperability problems.

17. Sub-contracting by Bounty Hunter

Bounty Hunter reserves the right to delegate, sub-contract or otherwise arrange for any related corporations, service providers, partners, subcontractors and/or agents to perform any part of the Services as Bounty Hunter deems appropriate.

18. Miscellaneous

You and Bounty Hunter are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms. Arrangements between posters and helpers are solely between those users.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein, any failure by Bounty Hunter to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation in these Terms shall not affect Bounty Hunter's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach of these Terms constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

You shall not assign any rights or delegate any obligations herein without our prior written consent and any attempted assignment or delegation in contravention of this provision shall be null and void and of no force or effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bounty Hunter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and/or agreements between you and Bounty Hunter relating to the subject matter hereof.

Where these Terms have been translated to any other non-English language, in the event of any inconsistencies in the meaning of any provision between the English language text and such translation, the English language text shall prevail.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You hereby agree that the laws of Hong Kong shall govern these Terms and that the courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
